S11(13)-MZT type on-load automatic capacity adjustment distribution transformer is a kind of transformer with two rated capacities. According to the load size carried by the user, it is automatically detected and judged by the automatic capacity adjustment controller. Through the on-load capacity adjustment and voltage adjustment switch, the two capacities of the transformer are automatically switched under the condition that the transformer is not powered off. Now, the capacity of the transformer is automatically adjusted during operation, in order to achieve two kinds of rated capacity operation mode automatic conversion of distribution transformer.

Product Introduction

S11(13)-MZT type on-load automatic capacity adjustment distribution transformer is a kind of transformer with two rated capacities. According to the load size carried by the user, it is automatically detected and judged by the automatic capacity adjustment controller. Through the on-load capacity adjustment and voltage adjustment switch, the two capacities of the transformer are automatically switched under the condition that the transformer is not powered off. Now, the capacity of the transformer is automatically adjusted during operation, in order to achieve two kinds of rated capacity operation mode automatic conversion of distribution transformer.

Scope of application

This product is suitable for the rated frequency of 50Hz, voltage level of 10KV, three-phase rated capacity of 100(30)kVA ~ 630(200)KVA on-load automatic capacity adjustment distribution transformer.

Basic Principles

When the on-load automatic capacity adjustment distribution transformer is of human capacity, the three-phase high-voltage windings are connected into triangular connection (angle connection) and the low-voltage windings are connected in parallel. In case of small capacity, the three-phase high-voltage windings are connected into star connection (star connection). The star-angle conversion of the high-voltage windings in series structure of low-voltage windings and the series-parallel conversion of low-voltage windings are all completed by on-load capacity adjustment switches, the switching of the on-load capacity adjustment switch is determined by the automatic controller according to the small situation of the detected load.

When the transformer is converted from large capacity to small capacity, the number of turns of the coil is increased by 1.7 times, the magnetic flux density of the iron core is greatly reduced, the unit loss of silicon steel sheet is reduced, and the no-load loss and no-load current are also greatly reduced, thus greatly reducing the no-load reactive loss (no-load reactive loss at small capacity is less than one tenth of the loss at large capacity) and the active loss (no-load loss at small capacity is less than 1/3 of large capacity), achieving the purpose of energy saving.
