Structural features

The high-voltage winding is made of enameled copper wire, and the low-voltage winding is made of copper foil. High voltage winding filled with glass fiber felt, in the vacuum state with no filler of imported epoxy resin casting, after curing to form a solid rest, high mechanical strength, local discharge capacity is small, high reliability.

Flame retardant, no pollution to the environment, environmental protection, can be installed in the load center.

The coil does not absorb moisture, the iron core, the clamp can be operated in 100% relative humidity and other harsh environment after special process treatment, intermittent operation does not need to remove moisture treatment. Resistance to short circuit, high level of wood in lightning, large overload capacity.

The inner and outer resin insulation layers of the coil are thin, and the heat dissipation performance is good. The cooling method generally adopts air natural cooling (AN). Air cooling system (AF) can be configured for transformers of any protection level.

Low loss, good power saving effect, economical operation and maintenance-free.

Small size, light weight, small footprint, easy installation.

The temperature control system consists of a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element installed at the upper end of the low-voltage winding of the product to realize the temperature measurement and control of the transformer. If the temperature of the transformer is too high due to overload operation or fault, the temperature controller will automatically trip when the temperature exceeds the safe value. When forced air cooling is adopted, the temperature controller will determine the input or switching of the cooling fan according to the winding temperature.

The temperature display system directly displays the hot spot temperature of the winding during the operation of the transformer, and can be used in conjunction with the temperature control system.
