Product Introduction

SGB non-encapsulated H-class three-phase dry-type power transformer has the advantages of safety, reliability, energy saving, strong flame retardancy, no harmful gas, no environmental pollution, simple maintenance, etc. Its advanced design, reasonable structure, beautiful appearance and main performance indicators are better than domestic standards. It maintains good electrical and mechanical properties throughout its service life and is most suitable for high fire protection requirements, in the environment with large load and pollution accumulation, such as high-rise buildings, airports, stations, docks, subway hospitals, power plants, metallurgical industries, shopping centers, and petrochemical, power stations and other places.

Structural features

1. Unique porcelain insulation structure, using insulation cylinder and high frequency ceramic cushion block, no deformation.

2. The high and low coils are first made of NOMEX insulation material, and are impregnated with special formula H-class insulation by VIP vacuum pressure equipment for many times. After baking for many times, they are sealed with high-strength insulation material for external use and cured at high temperature. The high-voltage coil adopts a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation conditions.

3. The iron core is stacked with silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability, with a stepping 45 ° fully inclined structure. The winding and the iron core adopt elastic fixing device, so that the transformer has lower no-load loss and noise. The surface of the iron core is treated by special process. The iron core is moderately clamped by the pull screw, the upper and lower clamps are connected by the pull plate and with the base, the winding is fixed as a whole, the winding is fixed by the elastic cushion block, and the buffer structure can reduce the vibration intensity of the winding and reduce noise.

4. The lead-out terminal is fixed on the upper part of the winding, the tap is in the middle of the winding, and the low-voltage line terminal is a plate conductive row, and cold pressure welding is used.
