Product Introduction

S20-M-NX2 series oil-immersed transformer is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving power transformer, which meets the secondary standard of oil-immersed transformer energy efficiency and has a capacity of 30kVA-2500kVA. S20 transformer is a new national standard energy-saving transformer, no-load, load loss, temperature appreciation is significantly lower than S13 transformer, some areas have been strictly required to use S20 transformer and test the loss value.

S22-M fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer is suitable for power system with AC 50Hz and rated working voltage of 15kV and below. It is used as distribution transformer for petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, light industry and other enterprises and places with large dust.

Structural features

● Iron core

The iron core is made of high permeability grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a core type iron core, full oblique joint laminated iron core, its iron core column is a multi-step circular cross-section, and the iron yoke and iron core are of equal cross-section.

● Winding

The winding adopts corrugated oil channel, no dipping process, and the tightening belt is bound. The windings are all concentric coils. The high-voltage winding has a tap corresponding to the tap voltage requirement and is led to the tap changer. The switch is installed on the box cover and the tap voltage can be changed only after the power supply is cut off.

● Safety protection device

30 ~ 2000kVA transformer is equipped with pressure relief valve;

Gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements;

● Oil temperature measuring device

The transformer is equipped with tube socket of glass thermometer, which is located at the top of the oil tank and extends 120±10mm into the oil;

1000 ~ 2000kVA transformer is equipped with outdoor signal thermometer;

● Transformer oil tank

The transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated wall, and the surface is sprayed with dust and the paint film is firm. The corrugated fins not only have a cooling function, but also have a "breathing" function, and the elasticity of the corrugated fins can compensate for the change in the volume of the transformer oil caused by the temperature rise and fall. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer does not have an oil storage cabinet, which reduces the overall height of the transformer; the transformer adopts a vacuum oiling process during packaging, which completely removes the moisture in the transformer, and the transformer oil does not contact with air. Effectively prevent the oxygen and moisture intrusion into the transformer and lead to the transformer insulation performance degradation and transformer oil aging may, so no regular oil sample test;

● Altitude: not more than 1000m;

● Ambient temperature:-40 ℃ ~ 40 ℃;
