Micro transformer mainly refers to the following single-phase 20kva, three-phase 50kva transformer, which is characterized by small transformer shape, low cost, less line. Micro-transformers are commonly used equipment in factory electrical control systems. Today, leading transformer manufacturers have to analyze the common faults of micro-transformers.

1. The transformer's own problems. Such as loose ends, loose cushion blocks, poor welding, poor core insulation, insufficient short-circuit strength, etc.

2. Line interference. Line interference is the most important of all the factors that cause transformer accidents. It mainly includes: overvoltage generated when closing, voltage peak value in low load stage, etc.

3. Overload. Overload refers to the long-term operation of the transformer in excess of the set power state. The overload operation of the transformer will produce too high temperature, which will lead to premature aging of the insulation.

Improper use, or not in accordance with the correct maintenance method, due to improper use of micro-transformer insulation aging speed.
